The Liamgo Community Guidelines describe the standards of behavior expected from all users of the Liamgo platform, including customers and service providers.

These guidelines are designed to help maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for everyone using the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using Liamgo, users agree to follow these guidelines in addition to the Liamgo Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Respect and Professional Conduct

All users of the Liamgo Platform are expected to treat others with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

Users must not engage in:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Threatening or intimidating language
  • Discriminatory conduct based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Offensive or hateful speech

Liamgo is committed to maintaining a respectful community where users feel safe and valued.

2. Honest and Accurate Information

Users should provide accurate and truthful information when using the Platform.

Service Providers must ensure that:

  • Service descriptions are accurate
  • Pricing information is clear and truthful
  • Qualifications, certifications, or licenses are not misrepresented
  • Availability information is kept up to date

Customers must also provide accurate information when requesting services.

3. Safety and Responsible Behavior

Safety is a priority for the Liamgo community.

Users should always:

  • Communicate clearly about service expectations
  • Follow applicable laws and safety standards
  • Avoid unsafe or hazardous behavior
  • Report concerns if a situation appears unsafe

Service Providers are responsible for performing services safely and professionally.

4. Fair Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings are important for maintaining trust on the Platform.

Users should ensure that reviews:

  • Reflect genuine experiences
  • Are honest and fair
  • Avoid personal attacks or inappropriate language

Users may not:

  • Post fake or misleading reviews
  • Offer incentives for positive reviews
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings.

Liamgo may remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

5. Platform Integrity

Users should respect the integrity of the Liamgo Platform.

Examples of prohibited behavior include:

  • Attempting to bypass the platform’s payment system
  • Attempting to manipulate search rankings or visibility
  • Creating fake accounts
  • Misusing platform features

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.

6. Respecting Privacy

Users should respect the privacy and personal information of others.

Users must not:

  • Share another user’s personal information without permission
  • Record conversations or interactions without consent where prohibited by law
  • Use information obtained through the Platform for unauthorized purposes.

7. Prohibited Behavior

The following behavior is strictly prohibited on Liamgo:

  • Fraud or scams
  • Illegal services or activities
  • Violence or threats of violence
  • Adult or explicit services
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Attempts to compromise platform security

Liamgo may immediately remove users who engage in these behaviors.

8. Reporting Concerns

Users who experience behavior that violates these guidelines are encouraged to report it.

Liamgo may investigate reported incidents and take appropriate action.

9. Enforcement

If users violate these Community Guidelines, Liamgo may take actions including:

  • Removing content or reviews
  • Temporarily suspending accounts
  • Permanently terminating accounts
  • Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities

Liamgo reserves the right to enforce these guidelines at its discretion.

10. Changes to the Guidelines

Liamgo may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
