Liamgo Service Provider Agreement

This Service Provider Agreement (âAgreementâ) is entered into between Liamgo LLC (âLiamgo,â âwe,â âus,â or âourâ)Â and the individual or business registering as a service provider on the Liamgo platform (âService Provider,â âProvider,â or âyouâ).
This Agreement governs your use of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the âPlatformâ).
By registering as a Service Provider and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as the Liamgo Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Community Guidelines.
1. Nature of the Platform
Liamgo is a technology platform that connects customers seeking services with independent service providers.
Liamgo does not provide the services listed on the Platform and does not employ service providers.
Service Providers are independent contractors who offer services directly to customers.
Liamgo is not responsible for the performance, quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services provided by Service Providers.
2. Independent Contractor Status
Service Providers using the Platform are independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Liamgo and the Service Provider.
Service Providers are responsible for:
- Their own work schedules
- Service pricing (where applicable)
- Business operations
- Taxes and reporting obligations
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Providers are not entitled to benefits typically provided to employees.
3. Provider Responsibilities
Service Providers agree to:
- Provide services professionally and safely
- Deliver services as described in their listings
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate profile and service information
- Perform services they are qualified to complete.
Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they perform.
4. Licensing and Legal Compliance
Service Providers must ensure that they possess any licenses, permits, or certifications required to legally perform their services.
Providers agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing their services.
Liamgo may request documentation verifying licenses or qualifications when applicable.
5. Insurance
Certain services may require Service Providers to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
Where applicable, providers are responsible for maintaining insurance such as:
- General liability insurance
- Commercial auto insurance (if applicable)
- Professional liability insurance.
Liamgo may request proof of insurance for certain service categories.
Providers are solely responsible for maintaining required insurance coverage.
6. Service Listings
Service Providers are responsible for creating accurate service listings on the Platform.
Listings must include:
- Accurate service descriptions
- Transparent pricing information
- Accurate service availability
- Honest qualifications and experience.
Misleading or fraudulent listings may be removed.
7. Payments and Platform Fees
Liamgo may charge fees for use of the Platform.
These may include:
- Platform service fees charged to customers
- Commission fees charged to Service Providers
- Subscription plans for enhanced visibility
- Promotional features such as Instant Boost.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Subscription management may be handled by services such as RevenueCat or app store billing systems.
Providers agree to pay applicable fees associated with use of the Platform.
8. Taxes
Service Providers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations.
Liamgo does not withhold taxes on behalf of Service Providers.
Providers are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable income taxes, sales taxes, and other taxes required by law.
9. Customer Relationships
Service Providers are responsible for managing their relationships with customers.
Liamgo does not supervise or control how providers perform services.
Service Providers are responsible for:
- Communicating with customers
- Scheduling services
- Delivering services safely and professionally.
Any disputes between customers and providers must be resolved between those parties, although Liamgo may assist in dispute resolution at its discretion.
10. Reviews and Ratings
Customers may leave reviews and ratings regarding services provided.
Service Providers agree that reviews are part of the marketplace system.
Liamgo reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform policies.
Providers may not manipulate or falsify reviews.
11. Suspension or Termination
Liamgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate provider accounts if:
- Platform policies are violated
- Fraudulent or illegal activity occurs
- Unsafe or unprofessional conduct is reported
- The integrity of the Platform is compromised.
Termination may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect users.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liamgo is not liable for:
- Services performed by Service Providers
- Property damage or personal injury
- Disputes between customers and providers
- Financial losses related to service transactions.
Providers agree that they are solely responsible for their services.
13. Indemnification
Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liamgo, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Services performed by the provider
- Violations of laws or regulations
- Breaches of this Agreement.
14. Changes to This Agreement
Liamgo may update this Agreement periodically.
Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
