1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Liamgo is a technology marketplace platform that connects customers seeking services (“Customers”) with independent service providers (“Service Providers”).

Services available on the Platform may include, but are not limited to:

  • Home cleaning
  • Commercial cleaning
  • Beauty and grooming services
  • Handyman services
  • Junk removal
  • Mobile auto detailing
  • Pet services
  • Roadside assistance
  • Executive car service
  • Moving and furniture assembly or assistance
  • Landscaping and yard work
  • Car accident assistance clinic referrals
  • Other service categories added by Liamgo from time to time

Liamgo does not provide or perform these services. All services are performed by independent Service Providers.

3. Independent Contractor Relationship

Service Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of Liamgo.

Liamgo does not:

  • Employ Service Providers
  • Control how services are performed
  • Supervise service execution

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

  • Performing services
  • Maintaining necessary licenses or permits
  • Carrying appropriate insurance where required
  • Paying taxes related to their earnings

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment or agency relationship between Liamgo and Service Providers.

4. User Eligibility

To use the Platform, users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of their account credentials
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

5. Account Registration

Users may create accounts on the Platform.

During registration, users agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Liamgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Provide false information
  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

6. Services Provided by Service Providers

Customers acknowledge that:

  • Services are provided by independent Service Providers
  • Liamgo does not guarantee service quality, safety, legality, or reliability
  • Customers engage Service Providers at their own discretion and risk

Liamgo may facilitate communication, scheduling, and payment processing but does not supervise services.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Customers may be charged:

  • The service price set by the Service Provider
  • A Liamgo platform fee
  • Applicable taxes

Service Providers may be subject to a commission fee for services booked through the Platform.

All payment transactions are subject to the terms of the applicable payment processor.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on service category and timing.

Customers should review cancellation terms before confirming a booking.

Liamgo may review refund requests but is not obligated to provide refunds.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Provide illegal services
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Post fraudulent listings or reviews
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
  • Engage in deceptive or abusive behavior

Liamgo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

10. Ratings and Reviews

Customers and Service Providers may leave ratings and reviews after services are completed.

Users agree that reviews must be:

  • Honest
  • Accurate
  • Based on real experiences

Liamgo reserves the right to remove reviews that violate Platform policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for:

  • Damages caused by Service Providers
  • Property damage or personal injury resulting from services
  • Disputes between users
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

12. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liamgo, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from:

  • Services performed by Service Providers
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Misuse of the Platform

13. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Liamgo.

Arbitration will be conducted in the State of Texas.

14. Account Termination

Liamgo may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraud or abuse
  • Pose safety risks to other users

Users may request account deletion by contacting support at support@liamgo.com.

15. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the Liamgo Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.

16. Changes to These Terms

Liamgo may update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
