This Fake Review Prevention Policy describes Liamgo’s approach to maintaining the integrity and reliability of ratings and reviews on the Liamgo platform.
This policy applies to users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including customers and Service Providers.
This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable platform policies.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to comply with the standards described in this policy.

Liamgo strives to maintain a fair and trustworthy marketplace where customers can rely on authentic feedback when selecting Service Providers.

Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:

- posting reviews for services that were not actually performed

- requesting or pressuring users to leave specific ratings
- submitting reviews on behalf of another person.
Both customers and Service Providers must ensure that reviews are honest and reflect real experiences.
3. Authentic Review Requirements
Reviews submitted on the Platform should:
- be based on genuine service interactions
- reflect the user’s honest opinion
- avoid misleading or deceptive statements.
Reviews should not contain:
- false allegations
- defamatory statements
- offensive or inappropriate language.
4. Monitoring and Detection
Liamgo may use automated systems and manual review processes to identify suspicious or manipulated review activity.
Detection measures may include:
- monitoring unusual review patterns
- identifying duplicate or coordinated reviews
- reviewing flagged content reported by users.
Liamgo reserves the right to review and investigate review activity when necessary.
5. Removal of Suspicious Reviews
If Liamgo determines that a review violates this policy, the Platform may take action, including:
- removing or editing the review
- flagging suspicious activity
- restricting review privileges
- taking enforcement action against the responsible account.
6. Enforcement Actions
Users who violate this policy may be subject to enforcement actions, including:
- warnings
- temporary account restrictions
- suspension of platform privileges
- permanent account removal.
Liamgo reserves the right to determine appropriate enforcement actions based on the circumstances.
7. Reporting Suspicious Reviews
Users who believe a review may violate this policy may report the review to Liamgo.

Providing details or supporting information helps Liamgo evaluate the report.
8. Limitation of Liability
While Liamgo implements measures to maintain the integrity of reviews, the Platform cannot guarantee that all reviews are free from inaccuracies or user bias.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
