This Fraud Prevention Policy describes Liamgo’s approach to detecting, preventing, and responding to fraudulent activity on the Liamgo platform.
This policy applies to users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including customers and Service Providers.
This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Service Provider Agreement, Payment Policies, and other applicable platform policies.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to comply with the fraud prevention practices described in this policy.

The purpose of this policy is to protect the integrity of the Liamgo marketplace and safeguard users from fraudulent activity.
Fraud prevention efforts help ensure:
- fair transactions between customers and Service Providers
- protection of payment systems

Fraudulent activity on the Platform may include, but is not limited to:
- creating fake or duplicate accounts
- misrepresenting identity or business information
- payment fraud or unauthorized payment methods
- attempting to bypass platform payment systems
- manipulating ratings, reviews, or service listings
- submitting false service claims or disputes
- attempting to exploit promotions or referral programs.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity while using the Platform.
3. Monitoring and Detection
Liamgo may implement security and monitoring systems designed to detect suspicious activity on the Platform.
These measures may include:
- automated fraud detection systems
- transaction monitoring
- identity verification procedures
- review of user activity patterns.
Such monitoring may occur before, during, or after transactions.
4. Verification and Identity Checks
To maintain a safe marketplace environment, Liamgo may require users to complete verification procedures.

Service Providers may also be required to provide additional documentation depending on the services offered.

- permanent account termination.
Liamgo reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and take necessary steps to protect the Platform and its users.
6. Reporting Fraud
Users who suspect fraudulent activity on the Platform are encouraged to report concerns to Liamgo.

Providing accurate information helps Liamgo investigate and address potential fraud more effectively.
7. Cooperation with Authorities

Where appropriate, information may be shared in accordance with applicable laws and the Liamgo Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
While Liamgo implements reasonable measures to prevent fraud, the Platform cannot guarantee the prevention of all fraudulent activity.
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable caution when interacting with other users on the Platform.

Liamgo may update this Fraud Prevention Policy periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
