This Provider Removal Policy explains the circumstances under which Liamgo may remove a Service Provider from the Liamgo platform.
This policy applies to individuals or businesses offering services through the Liamgo mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Service Provider Agreement, Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable platform policies.
By offering services through the Platform, Service Providers acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Purpose of the Policy
The purpose of this policy is to maintain the safety, integrity, and quality of the Liamgo marketplace.
Liamgo reserves the right to remove Service Providers who fail to comply with platform standards or applicable policies.
2. Grounds for Provider Removal
Liamgo may remove a Service Provider from the Platform for reasons including, but not limited to:
- violation of Liamgo platform policies
- fraudulent or deceptive activity
- repeated customer complaints or negative conduct
- unsafe or harmful service practices
- failure to comply with licensing or legal requirements
- attempts to bypass the platform’s payment system
- harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- misuse of the Platform or manipulation of ratings or reviews.
3. Investigation Process
When concerns are reported or detected, Liamgo may review the matter before taking action.
The review process may include:
- reviewing account activity
- examining transaction records
- reviewing user reports or complaints
- requesting additional information from the Service Provider.
Liamgo reserves the right to determine the scope and outcome of any review.
4. Types of Enforcement Actions
Depending on the circumstances, Liamgo may take one or more of the following actions:
- warning or notice of policy violation
- temporary restriction of platform access
- suspension of service listings
- removal of specific services
- permanent removal of the Service Provider account.
Liamgo may take action immediately if a serious violation is identified.
5. Effect of Removal
If a Service Provider is removed from the Platform:
- the provider may lose access to their account
- active listings may be removed
- future access to the Platform may be restricted.
Payment processing and outstanding transactions may be handled in accordance with the Liamgo Payment Processing and Payout Policies.
6. Provider Responsibilities
Service Providers are responsible for maintaining compliance with:
- applicable laws and regulations
- licensing or certification requirements
- Liamgo platform policies and agreements.
Failure to maintain compliance may result in removal from the Platform.
7. Appeals and Communication
In certain cases, Liamgo may allow Service Providers to contact support regarding enforcement decisions.

Liamgo reserves the right to determine whether an enforcement decision will be reconsidered.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for damages resulting from the removal or suspension of a Service Provider account due to policy violations or other enforcement actions.
9. Changes to This Policy
Liamgo may update this Provider Removal Policy periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
