This User Reporting Process explains how users may report concerns, misconduct, or violations of Liamgo policies involving other users of the Platform.
This process applies to users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including both customers and Service Providers.
This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Safety Reporting Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to follow the procedures described in this reporting process.
1. Purpose of the Reporting Process
The purpose of the User Reporting Process is to provide a structured method for reporting concerns related to user behavior on the Platform.
This process helps Liamgo:
- identify policy violations
- investigate user misconduct
- maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace environment.
2. Reportable Issues
Users may report concerns involving other users, including but not limited to:
- harassment or abusive behavior
- inappropriate communication
- fraudulent activity
- unsafe service practices
- violations of Liamgo platform policies
- misleading or inaccurate service listings
- attempts to bypass platform payment systems.
Reports may relate to behavior occurring during or in connection with services arranged through the Platform.
3. How to Submit a Report
Users may submit reports to Liamgo through the following channels:

When submitting a report, users should provide relevant details when available, including:
- description of the issue
- date and time of the incident
- user profiles involved
- screenshots or supporting documentation.
Providing clear and accurate information helps Liamgo review and evaluate the report.
4. Review and Investigation
When a report is submitted, Liamgo may review the information and determine appropriate next steps.
The review process may include:
- reviewing account activity
- evaluating transaction records
- contacting the users involved
- requesting additional information.
Liamgo reserves the right to determine the scope and method of any investigation.
5. Possible Outcomes
If a report indicates a violation of Liamgo policies, the Platform may take appropriate action, including:
- issuing warnings to users
- restricting account functionality
- suspending or terminating accounts
- removing service listings
- withholding payments or payouts where permitted by applicable policies.
6. Confidentiality of Reports
Liamgo will make reasonable efforts to handle reports responsibly and protect user privacy where possible.
However, certain information may be shared when necessary to:
- investigate reported issues
- enforce platform policies
- comply with legal obligations.
7. Good Faith Reporting
Users are expected to submit reports in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading reports may result in enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
While Liamgo provides tools for reporting user behavior, the Platform cannot guarantee the prevention of all misconduct or disputes between users.
Users remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when interacting with others on the Platform.
9. Changes to This Process
Liamgo may update the User Reporting Process periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated process.
