This Cancellation Instructions document explains how users may cancel service bookings, subscriptions, or account-related services on the Liamgo platform.

These instructions apply to users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

These instructions supplement and should be read together with the Liamgo Customer Cancellation Policy, Subscription Terms, Terms of Service, and other applicable platform policies.

1. Cancelling a Service Booking

Customers may cancel a service booking through the Platform before the scheduled service time.

To cancel a booking:

  1. Open the Liamgo mobile application.
  2. Navigate to My Bookings or Upcoming Services.
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel Booking.
  5. Confirm the cancellation request.

Once confirmed, the cancellation will be recorded in the system.

Cancellation eligibility and any applicable fees are governed by the Customer Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancelling a Scheduled Service

If a service has already been accepted or scheduled by a Service Provider, cancellation may still be possible depending on the timing and circumstances.

Customers should review the Customer Cancellation Policy to understand:

  • cancellation time windows
  • potential cancellation fees
  • refund eligibility.

3. Cancelling a Subscription

Users may cancel subscription services through their account settings within the Platform.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Open the Liamgo mobile application.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the active subscription plan.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Subscription cancellations typically take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified in the Subscription Terms.

4. Cancelling Promotional Features

Service Providers using promotional features such as Featured Listings or Instant Boost promotions may cancel these features through the provider dashboard if cancellation options are available.

Certain promotional features may run for a fixed promotional period and may not be eligible for early cancellation once activated.

Additional information regarding promotional services may be governed by applicable promotional terms.

5. Account Cancellation

Users who wish to close or deactivate their account may request account deletion through the Platform’s account settings or by contacting Liamgo support.

Account cancellation may be subject to verification procedures.

Certain account information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Technical Issues with Cancellation

If a user experiences technical issues preventing cancellation through the Platform, they should contact Liamgo support for assistance.

Users should provide:

  • their account information
  • booking or subscription details
  • a description of the issue encountered.

Liamgo will review the request and assist with cancellation where appropriate.

7. Cancellation Deadlines

Cancellation eligibility may depend on the timing of the cancellation request relative to the scheduled service time or billing cycle.

Users should review the applicable policies governing cancellation timing, including:

  • Customer Cancellation Policy
  • Subscription Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for cancellation disputes where cancellation procedures are clearly presented within the Platform.

Users are responsible for submitting cancellation requests in accordance with these instructions.

9. Changes to These Instructions

Liamgo may update these Cancellation Instructions periodically.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated instructions.
