Liamgo Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) govern subscription-based services offered through the Liamgo platform.
These Terms apply to all users who purchase or maintain a subscription through the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Service Provider Agreement, Payment Processing Disclosure, and other applicable platform policies.
By purchasing or maintaining a subscription through the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
1. Subscription Services
Liamgo may offer subscription-based features designed to enhance visibility, functionality, or marketplace access for Service Providers or users.
Subscription plans may include options such as:
- Basic Plan (Free)
- Premium Plan
- Pro Plan
Additional promotional features may also be available, including:
- Featured Listings
- Instant Boost promotions
Subscription plans may include various benefits, such as increased visibility or promotional placement within the Platform.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis depending on the selected plan.
Billing cycles may include:
- monthly billing
- other recurring billing intervals disclosed at the time of purchase.
Users authorize Liamgo and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
3. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
The applicable subscription fee will be charged to the payment method on file.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle to prevent renewal charges.
4. Subscription Changes
Users may upgrade, downgrade, or modify their subscription plan through the Platform.
Changes to subscription plans may take effect:
- immediately, or
- at the start of the next billing cycle.
Certain subscription changes may affect billing amounts or feature access.
5. Cancellation of Subscriptions
Users may cancel a subscription at any time through their account settings within the Platform.
Unless otherwise required by law or specified in promotional terms, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Access to subscription features may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Refunds for Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in promotional terms.
If a subscription is cancelled during a billing period, the subscription will remain active until the end of that billing cycle.
Refund policies for subscription purchases may also be governed by the Customer Refund Policy.
7. Promotional Programs
Liamgo may offer promotional subscription pricing or limited-time discounts.
Promotional subscription offers may include:
- discounted subscription rates
- limited-time promotional upgrades
- bundled promotional features.
Promotional terms may vary and may be subject to additional conditions.
8. Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors.
Payment processing is governed by the Payment Processing Disclosure.
Users agree to comply with the applicable payment processor’s terms and policies.
9. Suspension or Termination
Liamgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscription services in cases including:
- violation of platform policies
- fraudulent activity
- misuse of subscription features.
Termination of a subscription due to policy violations may occur without refund where permitted by law.
10. Changes to Subscription Plans
Liamgo may modify subscription plans, features, or pricing from time to time.
Changes may be communicated through:
- updates within the Platform
- email notifications
- updates to applicable policies.
Continued use of subscription services after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for disputes arising from subscription billing that is clearly disclosed during the subscription purchase process.
Users are responsible for reviewing subscription details prior to completing a purchase.
12. Changes to These Terms
Liamgo may update these Subscription Terms periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of subscription services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
