This Provider Account Records Policy explains how Liamgo maintains records related to Service Provider accounts on the Liamgo platform.
This policy applies to individuals or businesses that create Service Provider accounts through the Liamgo mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This policy supplements the Liamgo Service Provider Agreement, Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Payment Processing Disclosure.
By creating or maintaining a Service Provider account, providers acknowledge and agree to the recordkeeping practices described in this policy.
1. Purpose of Provider Account Records
Liamgo maintains records associated with Service Provider accounts in order to:
- operate and manage the Platform
- verify provider identity and eligibility
- facilitate communication between customers and providers
- maintain operational and financial records
- support dispute resolution and fraud prevention
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Information Maintained in Provider Account Records
Provider account records may include information submitted during the provider onboarding and account management process.
Examples of provider account information may include:
- provider name or business name
- contact information (email, phone number)
- service categories offered
- service descriptions and pricing information
- service area or location information
- verification status
- insurance documentation (if provided)
- licensing information (if applicable)
- payment or payout account identifiers.
Provider accounts may also contain records related to activity on the Platform, including bookings, service history, and earnings summaries.
3. Provider Verification Records
Liamgo may maintain records related to provider verification processes.
These records may include:
- identity verification information
- insurance documentation submitted by providers
- licensing documentation (where applicable)
- compliance acknowledgements related to platform policies.
Verification requirements may vary depending on the service category offered.
4. Provider Activity Records
In addition to account information, Liamgo may maintain records related to provider activity on the Platform.
These records may include:
- service listings created by providers
- service requests received or accepted
- booking history
- ratings or reviews from customers
- earnings or payout history.
Activity records help support platform operations and transparency between users.
5. Access to Provider Records
Service Providers may access certain account information through their provider dashboard within the Platform.
Providers may review or update certain information including:
- service listings
- contact details
- service availability
- profile information.
Some records maintained for operational or compliance purposes may not be editable by providers.
6. Retention of Provider Records
Provider account records may be retained for a period necessary to:
- support platform operations
- comply with financial or regulatory obligations
- investigate disputes or fraud

9. Changes to This Policy
Liamgo may update this Provider Account Records Policy periodically.
