This Provider Commission Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how commission fees may be applied to service transactions conducted through the Liamgo platform.
This Disclosure applies to all Service Providers using the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Disclosure is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Service Provider Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement, Terms of Service, and other applicable provider policies.
By offering services through the Platform, Service Providers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclosure.
1. Marketplace Commission Structure
Liamgo operates as a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent Service Providers.
To support the operation of the Platform, Liamgo may charge a commission on service transactions completed through the Platform.
This commission helps support services such as:
- platform development and maintenance
- payment processing systems
- customer support operations
- fraud prevention and security measures
- marketing and platform growth.
2. Commission Rate
Service Providers may be subject to a commission fee charged by Liamgo on completed service transactions.
Unless otherwise stated in provider agreements or promotional programs, the standard commission rate may be approximately 12.5% of the service transaction amount.
The applicable commission rate will be reflected in the provider’s transaction summary or payout details.
3. Commission Calculation
Commission fees may be calculated as a percentage of the service price charged by the provider for the booked service.
The commission amount may be automatically deducted from the total payment received from the customer before the provider payout is issued.
4. Provider Earnings
Service Providers determine their own service pricing unless otherwise specified on the Platform.
Provider earnings will generally be calculated as:
Service Price – Liamgo Commission – Applicable Fees = Provider Payout
Providers can review transaction details and payout information through the provider dashboard or account interface.
5. Payment Processing
Payments for services booked through the Platform are processed by authorized third-party payment processors.
Liamgo may facilitate payment distribution to Service Providers after deducting applicable commissions and fees.

6. Changes to Commission Structure
Liamgo reserves the right to modify commission rates or fee structures from time to time.
Changes may be communicated through:
- updates to provider agreements
- notices within the Platform
- updates to applicable platform policies.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated commission structure.
7. Promotional Programs and Adjustments
Liamgo may offer promotional programs, discounted commissions, or special incentives for Service Providers.
Such programs may include:
- introductory commission rates
- limited-time promotions
- category-specific commission adjustments.
Participation in promotional programs may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
8. Taxes and Regulatory Compliance
Service Providers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes associated with their earnings from services performed through the Platform.
Liamgo does not provide tax advice and encourages providers to consult qualified tax professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for disputes related to commission deductions that are disclosed through the Platform and governed by provider agreements.
Service Providers are responsible for reviewing payout summaries and transaction details.
10. Changes to This Disclosure
Liamgo may update this Disclosure periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclosure.
