Liamgo Platform Fee Disclosure

This Platform Fee Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how platform fees may be applied to transactions conducted through the Liamgo platform.
This Disclosure applies to all users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Disclosure is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Customer Terms and Conditions, Service Provider Agreement, and other applicable platform policies.
By using the Platform to request or provide services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclosure.
1. Platform Service Fees
Liamgo may charge platform service fees for transactions conducted through the Platform.
Platform fees help support the operation of the Liamgo marketplace, including:
- technology infrastructure
- payment processing systems
- customer support services
- platform security and fraud prevention
- product development and maintenance.
2. Customer Platform Fee
Customers may be charged a platform service fee per booking made through the Platform.
This fee is separate from the price charged by the Service Provider for the service.
The applicable platform fee will be displayed to customers before a booking is confirmed.
3. Provider Commission
Service Providers using the Platform may be subject to a commission or service fee charged by Liamgo.
This commission may be calculated as a percentage of the service transaction amount or another fee structure disclosed to the provider.
Provider fees are governed by the Service Provider Agreement and related provider policies.
4. Fee Transparency
Before confirming a transaction, customers will be able to review the total amount to be charged, which may include:
- service fees set by the Service Provider
- Liamgo platform fees
- payment processing charges where applicable
- applicable taxes.
Customers should review the pricing details carefully before completing a booking.
5. Changes to Platform Fees
Liamgo reserves the right to modify platform fees from time to time.
Updated fee structures may be communicated through:
- updates to the Platform
- changes to applicable policies
- notices provided within the app or website.
Continued use of the Platform after fee changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated fee structure.
6. Fee Disputes
If a customer believes a fee was applied incorrectly, they may contact Liamgo support for assistance.
Fee disputes may be reviewed in accordance with the Customer Refund Policy and other applicable platform policies.
7. Payment Processing
Platform fees are collected through the payment processing systems used by the Platform.
Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment processors.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for misunderstandings regarding service pricing or platform fees that are disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
Users are responsible for reviewing the pricing information presented during the booking process.
9. Changes to This Disclosure
Liamgo may update this Disclosure periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclosure.
