Liamgo Provider Payout Timing Policy

Effective Date: 15/05/2026
Last Updated:  15/05/2026

This Provider Payout Timing Policy (“Policy”) explains how and when Service Providers may receive payments for services completed through the Liamgo platform.

This Policy applies to all Service Providers using the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Service Provider Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement, Payment Processing Disclosure, and other applicable provider policies.

By offering services through the Platform, Service Providers acknowledge and agree to the payout procedures outlined in this Policy.

1. Payout Eligibility

Service Providers become eligible for payout after:

  • a service has been completed
  • payment has been successfully processed from the customer
  • the transaction has cleared through the payment processor.

Certain transactions may be subject to additional review before payout eligibility is confirmed.

2. Standard Payout Timing

Provider payouts are typically processed within a defined payout cycle after a completed service transaction.

Under normal circumstances, payouts may be initiated within several business days after the transaction has been successfully processed and verified.

Actual payout timing may vary depending on:

  • the payment processor
  • banking institutions
  • payment verification procedures.

3. Payment Processing Delays

In some situations, payout processing may be delayed due to:

  • payment processor verification checks
  • fraud prevention reviews
  • chargeback investigations
  • technical issues or banking delays.

Liamgo is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

4. Payment Distribution

Payments to Service Providers are distributed through the Platform’s authorized third-party payment processor.

Provider earnings are generally calculated as:

Service Price – Liamgo Commission – Applicable Fees = Provider Payout

Details regarding commissions and fees can be found in the Provider Commission Disclosure.

5. Minimum Payout Requirements

Liamgo may establish minimum payout thresholds for Service Providers before earnings are transferred.

If a minimum payout threshold is required, funds will remain in the provider’s account balance until the threshold is reached.

6. Payment Method Requirements

Service Providers must maintain valid payout information within their provider account.

This may include:

  • bank account details
  • identity verification
  • tax information where required.

Failure to maintain valid payout information may delay payment processing.

7. Payment Processor Requirements

Payouts are processed through authorized third-party payment processors.

Payment processors may require identity verification, compliance reviews, or account validation before payouts can be released.

Service Providers must comply with the payment processor’s requirements.

8. Adjustments and Withholdings

Liamgo reserves the right to adjust or temporarily withhold payouts in circumstances such as:

  • refund processing
  • chargeback disputes
  • suspected fraudulent activity
  • violations of platform policies.

These actions may be taken in accordance with the Service Provider Agreement and other applicable platform policies.

9. Taxes and Financial Responsibility

Service Providers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes related to their earnings from services performed through the Platform.

Liamgo does not provide tax advice and encourages providers to consult qualified tax professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for payout delays resulting from:

  • payment processor actions
  • financial institution processing times
  • compliance or fraud review procedures.

11. Changes to This Policy

Liamgo may update this Policy periodically.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
