This Honest Marketing Claims Policy outlines the standards for marketing, advertising, and promotional claims related to the Liamgo platform.

This policy applies to all marketing materials, advertisements, promotional campaigns, influencer content, and communications related to the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This policy applies to Liamgo, its marketing partners, influencers, affiliates, and Service Providers who promote services through the Platform.

This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Advertising Disclosure Policy, Influencer Marketing Disclosure Policy, Terms of Service, and applicable marketing agreements.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Liamgo is committed to providing accurate and transparent information regarding the Platform and services available through it.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all marketing and promotional statements related to Liamgo:

  • are truthful and accurate
  • are not misleading or deceptive
  • comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.

2. Accurate Representation of the Platform

Marketing materials must accurately represent the role of Liamgo as a technology platform that connects customers with independent Service Providers.

Promotional content must not imply that Liamgo:

  • directly provides services offered on the Platform
  • employs or supervises Service Providers unless explicitly stated
  • guarantees service outcomes.

Service Providers remain independent contractors responsible for the services they provide.

3. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Marketing content related to Liamgo must not include:

  • false or exaggerated claims about service outcomes
  • misleading statements regarding pricing or fees
  • claims that cannot be substantiated
  • deceptive comparisons with competitors
  • statements implying guarantees that the Platform does not provide.

Marketing claims must be supported by accurate information where applicable.

4. Testimonials and Reviews in Marketing

If testimonials or user reviews are used in marketing materials, they must:

  • reflect genuine experiences
  • not be fabricated or manipulated
  • not imply typical results unless supported by evidence.

Any material connections between Liamgo and individuals providing testimonials must be disclosed when required.

5. Influencer and Affiliate Marketing

Influencers, affiliates, and promotional partners must comply with Liamgo marketing standards when promoting the Platform.

Promotional content must:

  • disclose sponsored relationships when applicable
  • avoid misleading statements
  • accurately describe the Platform’s services and capabilities.

Influencer marketing must comply with applicable advertising guidelines and disclosure standards.

6. Provider Marketing Conduct

Service Providers who promote their services on the Platform must ensure that their service descriptions:

  • accurately describe the services offered
  • do not contain false or misleading claims
  • do not misrepresent qualifications or experience.

Providers are responsible for ensuring their marketing content complies with applicable laws.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

Liamgo reserves the right to review marketing content associated with the Platform.

If promotional content violates this policy, Liamgo may take appropriate action, including:

  • requesting modification or removal of marketing materials
  • removing misleading service listings
  • restricting advertising privileges
  • suspending or terminating accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for marketing statements made by third parties, Service Providers, influencers, or affiliates that are not authorized or approved by Liamgo.

Such parties remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their promotional content.

9. Changes to This Policy

Liamgo may update this Honest Marketing Claims Policy periodically.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
