5. Accuracy of Promotional Claims
Influencers and marketing partners must ensure that statements made about Liamgo or services available on the Platform are accurate and not misleading.
Promotional content should not:
- exaggerate platform capabilities
- make false claims regarding services or results
- misrepresent the relationship between the influencer and Liamgo.
6. Compliance with Advertising Laws
Influencer marketing related to Liamgo must comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, including guidance provided by regulatory authorities such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Influencers are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
Liamgo reserves the right to monitor promotional activity associated with the Platform.
If influencer content fails to comply with disclosure requirements or platform policies, Liamgo may:
- request modification or removal of content
- terminate marketing partnerships
- restrict participation in promotional programs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for statements or claims made by influencers or marketing partners that are outside the scope of authorized promotional materials.
Influencers remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their promotional content.
9. Changes to This Policy
Liamgo may update this Influencer Marketing Disclosure Policy periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued participation in promotional activities after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
