Liamgo Customer Dispute Resolution Policy

This Customer Dispute Resolution Policy (“Policy”) describes how disputes related to services booked through the Liamgo platform may be addressed.
This Policy applies to all customers using the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Customer Terms and Conditions, Customer Booking Terms, Customer Refund Policy, and Terms of Service.
By requesting or booking services through the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
1. Nature of the Liamgo Platform
Liamgo operates as a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers.
Service Providers are independent contractors who perform services directly for customers.
Because Liamgo does not perform services, most disputes regarding service quality, scheduling, or performance occur between the customer and the Service Provider.
2. Resolving Issues Directly With Providers
Customers are encouraged to communicate directly with the Service Provider to resolve issues related to a service booking.
Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication between the customer and provider regarding:
- scheduling concerns
- service expectations
- service completion details
- misunderstandings related to the booking.
3. Reporting Disputes to Liamgo
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with the Service Provider, customers may contact Liamgo support.
Customers should provide relevant information regarding the dispute, which may include:
- booking details
- a description of the issue
- relevant communications with the provider
- supporting documentation, when available.

4. Platform Review
Liamgo may review dispute information and may take actions it considers appropriate, which may include:
- requesting additional information from the customer or provider
- facilitating communication between the parties
- reviewing platform policies related to the booking
- determining whether refunds or adjustments may apply.
Liamgo reserves the right to determine how disputes are handled.
5. Limitations of Platform Involvement
While Liamgo may assist in reviewing disputes, Liamgo does not guarantee dispute resolution.
Because services are performed by independent providers, Liamgo is not responsible for:
- service outcomes
- provider performance
- disagreements regarding service quality.
Customers and Service Providers remain responsible for their agreements related to services.
6. Refund Consideration
If a dispute involves billing or service completion concerns, Liamgo may review the situation in accordance with the Customer Refund Policy.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the booking.
7. Fraud and Misconduct Investigations
If a dispute involves allegations of fraud, safety concerns, or policy violations, Liamgo may investigate the matter.
Such investigations may result in actions including:
- warnings issued to providers or customers
- account suspension or termination
- cancellation of bookings
- other actions permitted under platform policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for losses arising from disputes between customers and Service Providers.
Liamgo provides a platform that facilitates connections between users and does not control the services performed by providers.
9. Escalation and Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Platform, the dispute may be subject to the Liamgo Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy, which governs how formal disputes are resolved.
10. Changes to This Policy
Liamgo may update this Policy from time to time.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
