1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

2. Jurisdiction

To the extent that a dispute is permitted to proceed in court rather than arbitration, such disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Users consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Where disputes are subject to arbitration under the Liamgo Arbitration Clause, the arbitration proceedings shall apply Texas law unless otherwise required by applicable arbitration rules.

5. International Users

Users who access the Platform from outside the United States agree that the laws of the State of Texas shall apply to disputes relating to the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Severability

If any portion of this Governing Law clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
