This Customer Account Deletion Policy explains how users may request deletion of their Liamgo account and how related data may be handled after an account is deleted.

This policy applies to customers who create accounts through the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This policy supplements the Liamgo Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Terms of Service.

By creating an account on the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to the account deletion practices described in this policy.

1. Right to Delete an Account

Customers may request deletion of their Liamgo account at any time.

Account deletion will remove the user’s ability to access the Platform using that account.

Users may request account deletion through:

  • the Liamgo mobile application
  • the Liamgo website
  • contacting Liamgo support.

2. How to Delete a Liamgo Account

Customers may initiate account deletion through the following process:

Mobile App

Users may submit an account deletion request by navigating to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Users may be asked to confirm the deletion request to prevent accidental account removal.

Website

Users may also request account deletion by submitting a request through the Liamgo website or contacting support.

3. Information Removed After Deletion

When an account deletion request is processed, Liamgo may delete or anonymize certain personal information associated with the account.

Examples may include:

  • account profile information
  • login credentials
  • contact details
  • saved preferences.

Deleted accounts will no longer be able to log in or access the Platform.

4. Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained after account deletion when necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Examples may include:

  • booking history records
  • transaction records
  • dispute resolution records
  • fraud prevention records
  • information required to comply with legal obligations.

Retained information will be handled in accordance with the Liamgo Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.

5. Outstanding Transactions

If a customer has ongoing or unresolved transactions at the time of a deletion request, Liamgo may delay processing the deletion request until:

  • active bookings are completed or cancelled
  • disputes are resolved
  • outstanding payments are processed.

6. Fraud Prevention and Security

Liamgo may retain limited information associated with deleted accounts to:

  • prevent fraud or abuse
  • enforce platform policies
  • maintain system security.

This information will be stored only as long as necessary for these purposes.

7. Recreating an Account

After an account is deleted, users may create a new account in the future using the same or different contact information, subject to Liamgo’s policies.

However, if an account was terminated due to policy violations, the user may be restricted from creating a new account.

8. Changes to This Policy

Liamgo may update this Customer Account Deletion Policy periodically.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
