Liamgo Customer Booking Terms

These Customer Booking Terms (âBooking Termsâ) govern how customers request, schedule, and confirm services through the Liamgo platform.
These terms apply to all customers who request or book services through the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the âPlatformâ).
These Booking Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Liamgo Customer Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
By requesting or booking services through the Platform, you agree to these Booking Terms.
1. Service Requests
Customers may request services through the Platform by selecting a service category, entering relevant service details, and submitting a booking request.
Service requests may include information such as:
- service type
- location
- preferred date and time
- service description or special instructions.
Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a provider will accept the request.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after a Service Provider accepts the service request through the Platform.
Once accepted, the customer and provider may communicate through the Platform to coordinate service details.
Liamgo does not guarantee provider availability.
3. Provider Acceptance
Service Providers may accept or decline service requests at their discretion.
Factors that may affect acceptance include:
- provider availability
- service location
- job scope or complexity
- provider qualifications.
Liamgo does not control which providers accept service requests.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting services.
Customers must:
- provide accurate service locations
- clearly describe the requested service
- ensure safe access to the service location
- communicate relevant details that may affect service completion.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in service delays or cancellation.
5. Pricing and Fees
Service pricing is determined by Service Providers unless otherwise specified on the Platform.
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with the booking, including:
- service fees charged by the provider
- Liamgo platform fees
- applicable taxes.
Pricing details will be displayed before payment is processed.
6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel bookings through the Platform.
Depending on the timing of the cancellation, certain fees may apply.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service type and provider preferences.
Customers are encouraged to cancel bookings as early as possible if services are no longer needed.
7. No-Show Policy
If a customer fails to be present or available at the scheduled service location at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
No-show situations may result in:
- cancellation of the service
- applicable cancellation or service fees.
8. Service Changes
Customers should communicate any changes to the requested service directly through the Platform.
Changes to the service scope, location, or schedule may require provider approval.
Additional fees may apply if the scope of work changes.
9. Platform Role
Liamgo operates as a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers.
Liamgo does not perform services and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of services.
Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they perform.
10. Disputes Related to Bookings
Customers and Service Providers are encouraged to communicate directly to resolve booking-related issues.
Liamgo may assist with dispute resolution at its discretion but is not responsible for resolving disputes related to service quality or outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for:
- services performed by Service Providers
- scheduling conflicts between customers and providers
- property damage or personal injury resulting from services
- cancellations or changes made by Service Providers.
12. Changes to These Booking Terms
Liamgo may update these Booking Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
