This User Data Deletion Request Policy explains how users may request the deletion of their personal data associated with the Liamgo platform.
This policy applies to users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including customers and Service Providers.
This policy supplements the Liamgo Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Account Deletion Policy.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge the procedures described in this policy.

To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, Liamgo may verify the identity of the individual requesting data deletion.

4. Scope of Data Deletion
Once a request is verified, Liamgo may delete or anonymize personal data associated with the user account where possible.

- dispute resolution
- enforcement of platform agreements.
5. Data Retained for Legal Obligations

7. Impact of Data Deletion
Once personal data associated with an account is deleted:
- the user may lose access to their account
- certain services or historical records may no longer be available.
Deleted data may not be recoverable.

Liamgo may update this User Data Deletion Request Policy periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
