This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and standards for using the Liamgo platform, including the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Liamgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Liamgo is a technology marketplace that connects customers seeking services with independent service providers offering those services.

Users must use the Platform responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that respects the safety and rights of others.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform to engage in activities that violate laws, harm others, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in illegal activities or offering illegal services
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
  • Discriminating against individuals based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Misrepresenting identity, qualifications, licenses, or services
  • Submitting fraudulent service listings or requests
  • Posting false or misleading information
  • Circumventing platform payments to avoid fees
  • Attempting to manipulate ratings or reviews
  • Uploading harmful software, viruses, or malware
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform or user accounts
  • Interfering with the operation or security of the Platform

3. Prohibited Services

Service Providers may not offer services that are illegal, unsafe, or prohibited by Liamgo.

Examples of prohibited services include:

  • Illegal activities or services that violate applicable laws
  • Fraudulent services or scams
  • Services involving illegal substances or weapons
  • Services involving violence or threats
  • Adult or explicit services
  • Services requiring professional licenses where the provider does not possess the appropriate license

Liamgo reserves the right to remove listings or services that violate this Policy.

4. Payment Circumvention

Users may not attempt to bypass the Platform to avoid the payment of fees.

Examples include:

  • Requesting or offering off-platform payments
  • Sharing contact information for the purpose of completing transactions outside the Platform
  • Encouraging users to cancel platform bookings and complete services privately

Violations of this rule may result in account suspension or termination.

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to interact respectfully and professionally when using the Platform.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Harassment or abusive language
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior
  • Spamming or unsolicited advertising
  • Impersonating another person or business

Users who engage in abusive or unsafe behavior may be removed from the Platform.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings should be honest and based on actual service experiences.

Users may not:

  • Post fake reviews
  • Offer incentives in exchange for reviews
  • Manipulate ratings or feedback

Liamgo may remove reviews that violate this Policy.

7. Platform Security

Users must not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.

Prohibited actions include:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to copy the Platform
  • Scraping or extracting large amounts of data
  • Introducing malicious code or software

Such activities may result in account termination and possible legal action.

8. Enforcement

Liamgo reserves the right to investigate potential violations of this Policy.

If a violation occurs, Liamgo may take action including:

  • Removing content or listings
  • Suspending accounts
  • Permanently terminating accounts
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement

Liamgo may take action without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the Platform.

Reports should include relevant information so the issue can be properly reviewed.

10. Changes to This Policy

Liamgo may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with the revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
