Liamgo Advertising and Featured Listing Terms

These Advertising and Featured Listing Terms (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of promotional placement, advertising features, and enhanced visibility services offered through the Liamgo platform.

These Terms apply to Service Providers using the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Liamgo Service Provider Agreement, Terms of Service, Subscription Terms, and other applicable platform policies.

By purchasing or using advertising or promotional services through the Platform, Service Providers acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this document.

1. Promotional Features

Liamgo may offer promotional tools designed to increase the visibility of Service Providers on the Platform.

These promotional features may include:

  • Featured Listings
  • Instant Boost promotions
  • promotional placement in search results
  • priority listing within service categories
  • other promotional visibility features offered by the Platform.

Availability of promotional features may vary depending on category, location, and platform activity.

2. Nature of Advertising Services

Advertising services offered by Liamgo are designed to increase visibility within the Platform.

Advertising or promotional placement does not guarantee:

  • job requests
  • bookings
  • revenue
  • specific search ranking positions.

Visibility may depend on multiple factors, including platform algorithms, user activity, and marketplace demand.

3. Promotional Placement

Featured listings or promotional placements may appear in various areas of the Platform, including:

  • search results
  • category pages
  • promotional sections
  • recommended provider listings.

Placement may rotate among eligible providers.

Liamgo reserves the right to determine how and where promotional listings are displayed.

4. Promotional Duration

Some promotional services may be offered for a fixed period, such as:

  • 24-hour promotional boosts
  • limited-time featured placement.

Once a promotional campaign has begun, it may not be cancelled or paused unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.

5. Payment for Promotional Services

Service Providers may be required to pay a fee to access promotional or advertising services.

Payment for advertising services may include:

  • one-time promotional fees
  • subscription-based promotional plans
  • pay-per-promotion features.

Advertising fees are generally non-refundable once the promotional service has been activated, unless required by applicable law.

6. Advertising Content Responsibility

Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that their listings, service descriptions, and promotional content are accurate and comply with platform policies.

Providers must not use promotional features to:

  • provide misleading information
  • promote prohibited services
  • violate applicable laws or platform rules.

Liamgo reserves the right to remove promotional listings that violate platform policies.

7. Changes to Promotional Programs

Liamgo may modify or discontinue promotional services at any time.

Changes may include:

  • pricing adjustments
  • placement changes
  • modifications to promotional features.

Continued use of promotional services after updates are implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Suspension of Promotional Services

Liamgo may suspend or remove promotional placements in situations including:

  • violation of platform policies
  • fraudulent or misleading listings
  • abuse of promotional systems.

In such cases, promotional fees may not be refunded where permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for the performance of promotional services, including:

  • the number of impressions or views
  • booking conversion rates
  • revenue outcomes for Service Providers.

Promotional services are provided on a best-effort basis to increase visibility within the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

Liamgo may update these Advertising and Featured Listing Terms periodically.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of promotional services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
