This Auto-Renewal Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how automatically renewing subscription services operate on the Liamgo platform.
This Disclosure applies to users who purchase subscription services through the Liamgo mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Disclosure is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Subscription Terms, Terms of Service, Payment Processing Disclosure, and other applicable platform policies.
By purchasing a subscription through the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to the auto-renewal terms described in this Disclosure.
1. Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions
Certain subscription plans offered on the Platform may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Automatic renewal ensures uninterrupted access to subscription features and services.
2. Recurring Billing Authorization
By purchasing a subscription through the Platform, users authorize Liamgo and its payment processor to automatically charge the selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Charges will occur according to the billing interval associated with the selected subscription plan.
Billing intervals may include:
- monthly billing
- other recurring intervals disclosed during the subscription purchase process.
3. Renewal Charges
Upon renewal, the subscription fee applicable at the time of renewal will be charged to the payment method on file.
Renewal charges may reflect:
- the standard subscription price
- promotional pricing previously agreed upon
- updated subscription pricing where permitted under applicable policies.
4. Cancellation of Auto-Renewal
Users may cancel the automatic renewal of their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Subscriptions may be cancelled through the user’s account settings within the Platform.
If a subscription is cancelled:
- the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- automatic billing will stop after the current billing cycle.
5. Notification of Renewal
Where required by applicable law, Liamgo may provide renewal reminders or notices prior to subscription renewal.
Notifications may be delivered through:
- in-app notifications
- email communication
- account dashboard alerts.
6. Changes to Subscription Pricing
Liamgo reserves the right to modify subscription pricing or plan structures from time to time.
Users may be notified of price changes through:
- updates within the Platform
- email notifications
- policy updates.
Continued use of subscription services after renewal constitutes acceptance of updated subscription pricing where permitted by law.
7. Payment Processing
Subscription payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors.
Payment processing procedures are governed by the Payment Processing Disclosure and applicable payment processor policies.
8. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in promotional terms.
Refund requests may be reviewed in accordance with the Customer Refund Policy and other applicable platform policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for disputes related to recurring billing when subscription terms and renewal disclosures are clearly presented during the subscription purchase process.
Users are responsible for managing their subscription settings and cancellation preferences.
10. Changes to This Disclosure
Liamgo may update this Disclosure periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclosure.
