This Billing Transparency Statement explains how pricing, fees, and billing information are presented to users on the Liamgo platform.

This Statement applies to all users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Statement is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Payment Processing Disclosure, Platform Fee Disclosure, and other applicable platform policies.

1. Transparent Pricing Commitment

Liamgo is committed to providing clear and transparent pricing information to users before a transaction is completed.

Whenever possible, the Platform will display the total price associated with a service booking prior to confirmation.

Pricing information may include:

  • the service price set by the Service Provider
  • Liamgo platform fees
  • applicable taxes
  • additional fees, where applicable.

2. Service Provider Pricing

Service Providers generally determine the pricing for the services they offer on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

The service price displayed in the booking interface is typically set by the Service Provider and may vary depending on:

  • service type
  • location
  • scheduling requirements
  • additional service options.

3. Platform Fees

Liamgo may charge platform service fees associated with bookings made through the Platform.

Platform fees may support:

  • technology infrastructure
  • platform maintenance
  • customer support services
  • payment processing operations.

4. Payment Processing

Payments made through the Platform are processed through authorized third-party payment processors.

Users authorize Liamgo and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with their account when confirming a booking or purchasing subscription services.

5. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges

Certain services offered through the Platform may involve subscription plans or recurring charges.

Subscription billing details, including renewal and cancellation terms, are governed by the Subscription Terms and Auto-Renewal Disclosure.

Users will be presented with billing information prior to confirming subscription purchases.

6. Receipts and Billing Records

Users may receive receipts or billing confirmations for completed transactions.

Receipts may be delivered through:

  • email notifications
  • in-app transaction history
  • account billing records.

Users may review their billing history within their account dashboard.

7. Billing Disputes

If a user believes that a billing error has occurred, they should contact Liamgo support before initiating a payment dispute with their financial institution.

Liamgo will review billing inquiries and may request additional information related to the transaction.

Billing disputes may be governed by the Customer Refund Policy and the Chargeback Handling Policy.

8. Pricing Changes

Service Providers and Liamgo may update pricing or fee structures from time to time.

Updated pricing will generally be displayed within the Platform prior to booking confirmation.

Continued use of the Platform after pricing changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing structure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for misunderstandings regarding pricing when billing information is clearly presented prior to transaction confirmation.

Users are responsible for reviewing pricing information before completing bookings or purchases.

10. Changes to This Statement

Liamgo may update this Billing Transparency Statement periodically.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Statement.
