This Customer Conduct Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards of behavior expected from customers using the Liamgo platform.

This Policy applies to all customers using the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Customer Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and other applicable platform policies.

By using the Platform or requesting services through Liamgo, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Respectful Interaction

Customers must interact with Service Providers and other users respectfully and professionally.

Customers may not engage in behavior that includes:

  • harassment or intimidation
  • abusive or threatening language
  • discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
  • unwanted physical contact or inappropriate conduct.

2. Safe Service Environment

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for Service Providers performing services.

Customers must not:

  • expose providers to unsafe conditions
  • request services in dangerous environments
  • ask providers to perform tasks outside the scope of the agreed service.

Service Providers may cancel services if safety concerns arise.

3. Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate and truthful information when using the Platform.

This includes:

  • correct service location
  • accurate service descriptions
  • appropriate scheduling details.

Providing false or misleading information may result in service cancellations or account restrictions.

4. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use the Platform to:

  • request illegal services
  • engage in fraudulent activities
  • attempt to bypass the Platform to avoid fees
  • misuse payment systems
  • manipulate ratings or reviews.

Such actions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Payment Compliance

Customers must complete payment through the Platform as required for services booked.

Customers may not attempt to:

  • avoid the Platform’s payment systems
  • request off-platform transactions
  • dispute legitimate charges fraudulently.

Violations may result in account restrictions or termination.

6. Communication Standards

Customers should communicate clearly and respectfully with Service Providers.

Customers may not:

  • send abusive or inappropriate messages
  • make unreasonable or unlawful service demands
  • repeatedly contact providers in a disruptive manner.

7. Property and Personal Safety

Customers must respect the personal property, equipment, and safety of Service Providers.

Customers must not:

  • damage provider property
  • interfere with service performance
  • place providers in unsafe situations.

8. Reviews and Feedback

Customers are encouraged to provide honest feedback about their experiences.

Reviews must be:

  • truthful
  • based on actual service experiences
  • free from abusive or defamatory language.

Liamgo reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform policies.

9. Violations of This Policy

Violations of this Policy may result in actions including:

  • warnings issued to customers
  • temporary account suspension
  • permanent account termination
  • cancellation of bookings.

Liamgo reserves the right to determine appropriate enforcement actions.

10. Reporting Misconduct

Customers may report safety concerns or inappropriate behavior through Liamgo support.

Reports should include relevant details and supporting information when available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for misconduct by customers or Service Providers using the Platform.

Liamgo provides a technology platform that facilitates connections between independent users.

12. Changes to This Policy

Liamgo may update this Policy from time to time.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
