Liamgo Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement (âAgreementâ) is entered into between Liamgo LLC (âLiamgo,â âwe,â âus,â or âourâ) and the individual or business registering as a service provider on the Liamgo platform (âContractor,â âService Provider,â or âyouâ).
This Agreement governs the relationship between Liamgo and Service Providers using the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the âPlatformâ).
By registering as a Service Provider and using the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Independent Contractor Relationship
Service Providers using the Platform are independent contractors.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- an employment relationship
- a partnership
- a joint venture
- an agency relationship
between Liamgo and the Service Provider.
Service Providers operate their own independent businesses and provide services directly to customers.
2. Control of Work
Service Providers have full control over how they provide services.
Providers determine:
- whether to accept service requests
- their working hours
- their service methods
- their business operations.
Liamgo does not supervise, direct, or control the manner in which services are performed.
3. No Employment Benefits
Because Service Providers are independent contractors, they are not eligible for employee benefits, including but not limited to:
- health insurance
- retirement benefits
- workersâ compensation
- unemployment benefits
- paid leave.
Service Providers acknowledge that they are responsible for their own benefits and insurance.
4. Taxes
Service Providers are solely responsible for:
- paying income taxes
- self-employment taxes
- reporting earnings
- complying with tax laws.
Liamgo does not withhold taxes on behalf of Service Providers.
5. Equipment and Expenses
Service Providers are responsible for providing their own tools, equipment, materials, vehicles, and other resources necessary to perform services.
Providers are responsible for all business expenses associated with their services.
6. Licensing and Legal Compliance
Service Providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Providers are responsible for obtaining any licenses, certifications, or permits required to perform services offered through the Platform.
7. Insurance
Service Providers are responsible for maintaining any insurance required for their services.
Examples may include:
- general liability insurance
- commercial auto insurance
- professional liability insurance.
Liamgo may require proof of insurance for certain service categories.
8. Platform Role
Liamgo provides a technology platform that connects customers with service providers.
Liamgo does not:
- employ service providers
- supervise service performance
- guarantee service outcomes.
Providers perform services independently.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo is not liable for:
- services performed by contractors
- injuries or damages occurring during services
- disputes between customers and providers.
Service Providers assume responsibility for their services.
10. Indemnification
Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liamgo and its affiliates from claims arising from:
- services performed by the provider
- violations of law
- violations of this Agreement.
11. Termination
Either Liamgo or the Service Provider may terminate participation on the Platform at any time.
Liamgo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of platform policies.
12. Changes to This Agreement
Liamgo may update this Agreement periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
