This Payment Transaction Logs Policy explains how Liamgo records and maintains transaction records related to payments processed through the Liamgo platform.

This policy applies to users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including customers and Service Providers.

This policy supplements the Liamgo Payment Processing Disclosure, Provider Payout Terms, Data Retention Policy, and other applicable platform policies.

1. Purpose of Transaction Logging

Liamgo maintains records of payment-related transactions to support the operation of the Platform and ensure financial transparency.

Transaction logs help Liamgo:

  • process payments and payouts
  • maintain accurate financial records
  • investigate disputes or payment issues
  • detect fraud or suspicious activity
  • comply with financial regulations and tax requirements.

2. Information Recorded in Transaction Logs

Liamgo may record certain information associated with payment transactions conducted through the Platform.

Examples of information recorded may include:

  • transaction identification numbers

  • transaction amounts
  • platform fees or commissions
  • payout amounts to Service Providers
  • payment processing status
  • payment method identifiers.

Sensitive payment information such as full credit card numbers is typically processed by third-party payment processors and may not be stored directly by Liamgo.

3. Payment Processing Providers

Payment transactions on the Platform may be processed by third-party financial service providers.

These providers may maintain their own transaction records and security systems.

Payment processors may include services such as Stripe or other authorized payment providers used by the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
