This Platform Liability Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) explains the limitations of Liamgo’s liability in connection with the use of the Liamgo platform.
This Disclaimer applies to all users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Service Provider Agreement, Customer Terms and Conditions, and other applicable platform policies.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.
1. Technology Platform Role
Liamgo operates as a technology platform that connects customers with independent Service Providers who offer services across various categories.
Liamgo does not perform, supervise, or control the services provided by Service Providers.
Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer and perform through the Platform.
2. Independent Service Providers
Service Providers using the Platform operate as independent contractors or independent businesses.
Service Providers are not employees, agents, or representatives of Liamgo.
Liamgo does not control the manner, methods, or means by which Service Providers perform their services.
3. No Liability for Services Performed
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for:
- the quality or outcome of services performed by Service Providers
- damages or losses resulting from services provided by Service Providers
- personal injury or property damage arising from services arranged through the Platform
- disputes between customers and Service Providers.
Users acknowledge that service transactions occur directly between customers and Service Providers.
4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for evaluating the qualifications, reputation, and suitability of Service Providers before booking services.
Customers and Service Providers engage with one another at their own discretion and risk.
5. Platform Availability
Liamgo does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption.
Platform services may be affected by:
- maintenance activities
- technical issues
- third-party service providers
- external factors beyond Liamgo’s control.
6. Third-Party Services
Certain features of the Platform may involve third-party services, including payment processors and communication tools.
Liamgo is not responsible for the performance or actions of third-party service providers.
Use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liamgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform.
This includes damages related to:
- service performance issues
- missed appointments or cancellations
- disputes between users
- loss of business opportunities.
8. Maximum Liability
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Liamgo’s total liability to a user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Liamgo through the Platform during the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Liamgo, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- services provided by Service Providers
- violations of platform policies
- misuse of the Platform.
10. Changes to This Disclaimer
Liamgo may update this Disclaimer periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
