The Liamgo Platform Rules and Code of Conduct outline the standards of behavior expected from all users of the Liamgo marketplace platform.

These rules apply to all users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including customers and service providers.

These rules are intended to maintain a safe, professional, and trustworthy marketplace environment.

By using the Platform, users agree to comply with these rules, in addition to the Liamgo Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Community Guidelines.

1. Respectful Interactions

All users must interact with others in a respectful and professional manner.

Users must not engage in:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Threatening or intimidating language
  • Discriminatory conduct based on race, religion, gender, disability, nationality, or other protected characteristics

2. Honesty and Transparency

Users must provide truthful and accurate information on the Platform.

Service Providers must ensure that:

  • Service descriptions are accurate
  • Pricing information is clear and transparent
  • Qualifications and certifications are not misrepresented
  • Availability and service areas are accurately listed

Customers must also provide accurate information when submitting service requests.

3. Professional Service Standards

Service Providers are expected to perform services in a professional and responsible manner.

Providers should:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled services
  • Communicate clearly with customers
  • Perform services safely and responsibly
  • Follow applicable laws and regulations

Providers should not accept services they are not qualified to perform.

4. Safety and Responsible Behavior

Safety is a priority for all Liamgo users.

Users should:

  • Follow applicable laws and safety practices
  • Avoid unsafe or hazardous behavior
  • Communicate concerns if a situation appears unsafe

Liamgo reserves the right to remove users who create unsafe conditions on the Platform.

5. Fair Marketplace Practices

Users must respect the integrity of the Liamgo marketplace.

Users may not:

  • Attempt to bypass platform payments
  • Encourage off-platform transactions to avoid platform fees
  • Create fake accounts
  • Manipulate rankings, visibility, or search placement
  • Submit fraudulent bookings or listings

These actions may result in account suspension or removal from the Platform.

6. Reviews and Feedback

Reviews and ratings are an important part of the Liamgo marketplace.

Users should ensure that reviews:

  • Reflect genuine service experiences
  • Are honest and respectful
  • Avoid personal attacks or harassment

Users may not post fake reviews or attempt to manipulate ratings.

Liamgo reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these rules.

7. Protection of Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy of others.

Users may not:

  • Share another user’s personal information without consent
  • Use information obtained through the Platform for unauthorized purposes
  • Harass users outside the Platform using contact information obtained through Liamgo.

8. Compliance With Laws

All users must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws when using the Platform.

Service Providers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • They hold any licenses required to perform services
  • Their services comply with applicable regulations
  • They operate in accordance with local laws.

9. Enforcement of Platform Rules

Liamgo reserves the right to enforce these Platform Rules and Code of Conduct.

If a violation occurs, Liamgo may take action including:

  • Removing content or listings
  • Issuing warnings
  • Temporarily suspending accounts
  • Permanently terminating accounts
  • Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required.

Liamgo may take action without prior notice if necessary to protect users or the Platform.

10. Reporting Violations

Users who encounter violations of these rules should report them to: support@liamgo.com

Reports should include as much relevant information as possible to assist with investigation.

11. Updates to These Rules

Liamgo may update these Platform Rules and Code of Conduct periodically.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated rules.
