Liamgo Promotional Credit Terms

These Promotional Credit Terms (“Terms”) govern the issuance, use, and expiration of promotional credits provided by Liamgo.
These Terms apply to Service Providers and other users who receive promotional credits through the Liamgo mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Liamgo Service Provider Agreement, Terms of Service, Advertising and Featured Listing Terms, and other applicable platform policies.
By accepting or using promotional credits issued through the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1. Promotional Credit Programs
Liamgo may offer promotional credits from time to time as part of marketing programs, promotional campaigns, onboarding incentives, or platform promotions.
Promotional credits may be provided for purposes including:
- promoting service listings
- encouraging provider onboarding
- supporting marketing initiatives
- providing incentives for platform participation.
Promotional credit programs may vary and may be offered for limited periods.
2. Nature of Promotional Credits
Promotional credits are provided solely for promotional purposes.
Promotional credits:
- have no cash value
- are not transferable
- cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn.
Promotional credits may only be used for eligible services within the Platform.
3. Permitted Uses
Promotional credits may be used for certain platform services, including:
- promotional placements
- featured listings
- advertising services
- other eligible platform services identified by Liamgo.
Eligibility for credit usage may depend on the specific promotional program.
4. Expiration of Promotional Credits
Promotional credits may expire after a specified period.
The expiration date, if applicable, may be communicated at the time the credits are issued.
Unused credits may be automatically removed from the user’s account after the expiration date.
5. Limitations and Restrictions
Promotional credits may be subject to additional limitations, including:
- restrictions on eligible services
- limits on credit usage per promotion
- restrictions on combining credits with other promotions.
Liamgo reserves the right to determine how promotional credits may be applied within the Platform.
6. Revocation of Credits
Liamgo reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel promotional credits at any time in circumstances including:
- suspected fraudulent activity
- misuse of promotional programs
- violations of platform policies.
Promotional credits revoked under these circumstances will not be reinstated.
7. Non-Transferability
Promotional credits may only be used by the account to which they were issued.
Credits may not be:
- transferred to another user
- sold or exchanged
- shared across multiple accounts.
8. Promotional Program Changes
Liamgo may modify or discontinue promotional credit programs at any time.
Changes may include:
- expiration adjustments
- eligibility changes
- modifications to credit value or usage rules.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes are implemented constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for the loss or expiration of promotional credits resulting from:
- expiration of promotional periods
- misuse of credits
- violations of platform policies.
Promotional credits are offered as promotional incentives and are not guaranteed benefits.
10. Changes to These Terms
Liamgo may update these Promotional Credit Terms periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
