Liamgo Provider Code of Conduct

This Provider Code of Conduct establishes the standards of behavior expected from Service Providers who offer services through the Liamgo platform.
This policy applies to all Service Providers who create accounts, list services, or perform services through the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This policy supplements the Liamgo Service Provider Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, and Provider Suspension Policy.
By creating or maintaining a Service Provider account on the Platform, providers agree to follow the standards outlined in this policy.
1. Professional Conduct
Service Providers must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with customers and other users of the Platform.
Providers must:
- communicate respectfully with customers
- arrive on time or provide reasonable notice if delays occur
- perform services in a professional manner
- maintain a safe working environment during services.
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward customers or other users is strictly prohibited.
2. Honesty and Accurate Information
Providers must ensure that all information provided on the Platform is accurate and truthful.
This includes:
- service descriptions
- pricing information
- qualifications and experience
- licenses or certifications (if applicable)
- insurance information (if provided).
Providers must not misrepresent their skills, services, or qualifications.
3. Compliance With Laws and Regulations
Service Providers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to the services they offer.
Providers must ensure that they:
- hold any required licenses or permits
- follow applicable safety regulations
- comply with local business and service laws.
Liamgo does not verify every licensing requirement and providers remain responsible for their own compliance.
4. Safety and Professional Standards
Providers must take reasonable steps to ensure that services are performed safely.
Providers must not:
- perform services that may pose unreasonable safety risks
- use unsafe equipment or materials
- engage in behavior that endangers customers, property, or animals.
Providers must immediately stop services if a safety concern arises.
5. Respect for Customer Property
Providers must respect customer property and treat customer locations with care.
Providers must not:
- intentionally damage property
- remove items without permission
- misuse customer property.
Any accidental damage should be communicated to the customer promptly.
6. Platform Integrity
Providers must use the Platform in accordance with Liamgo policies and must not attempt to manipulate or misuse the marketplace.
Prohibited actions include:
- creating multiple provider accounts to manipulate rankings
- submitting fake reviews or requesting fraudulent reviews
- circumventing the Platform to avoid service fees
- engaging in fraudulent transactions.
7. Customer Communication
Providers must communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding:
- service availability
- pricing
- scheduling
- changes to service scope.
Providers should avoid misleading customers about services or fees.
8. Prohibited Behavior
Service Providers must not engage in behavior that violates the integrity or safety of the Platform.
Examples of prohibited behavior include:
- harassment or discrimination
- threats or intimidation
- fraudulent activities
- illegal services or activities
- misuse of personal data obtained through the Platform.
Violations may result in suspension or removal from the Platform.
9. Enforcement and Account Actions
If Liamgo determines that a Service Provider has violated this Code of Conduct, the Platform may take appropriate action, including:
- issuing warnings
- restricting account functionality
- suspending the provider account
- permanently removing the provider from the Platform.
Enforcement decisions may be made at Liamgo’s discretion to protect users and maintain platform integrity.
10. Relationship With Other Policies
This Provider Code of Conduct should be read together with the following Liamgo policies:
- Service Provider Agreement
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Provider Suspension / Termination Policy
- Marketplace Risk Disclosure
- Platform Liability Disclaimer.
11. Updates to This Policy
Liamgo may update this Provider Code of Conduct periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
