This Provider Licensing Responsibility Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all service providers (“Service Providers,” “Providers,” or “you”) who offer services through the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Disclaimer is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Service Provider Agreement, and Independent Contractor Agreement.

By registering as a Service Provider or offering services through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.

1. Independent Service Providers

Service Providers using the Liamgo Platform operate as independent businesses or independent contractors.

Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to perform the services they offer.

Liamgo does not employ, supervise, or control Service Providers.

2. Provider Responsibility for Licensing

Service Providers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, or registrations required to legally perform their services.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Professional licenses
  • Trade certifications
  • Business licenses
  • Contractor licenses
  • Local permits or registrations

Providers must ensure that all required licenses are:

  • valid
  • current
  • applicable to the services offered.

3. Compliance With Laws and Regulations

Service Providers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing their services.

Providers must ensure that their services comply with all legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions where they operate.

Liamgo does not guarantee that services offered on the Platform comply with all licensing requirements.

4. Platform Role and Verification

Liamgo operates as a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers.

Liamgo does not guarantee, certify, or warrant that any Service Provider holds a particular license, certification, or qualification, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In some cases, Liamgo may allow Service Providers to submit documentation regarding licenses or certifications.

However, the submission of such documentation does not constitute verification, endorsement, or a guarantee by Liamgo.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to independently verify the qualifications, licenses, and credentials of Service Providers before engaging their services.

Liamgo does not assume responsibility for verifying licensing compliance for all services offered on the Platform.

6. Provider Representations

By offering services through the Platform, Service Providers represent and warrant that:

  • they possess all licenses required to perform their services
  • their licenses remain valid and current
  • they will comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • a Service Provider’s failure to obtain required licenses
  • a Service Provider’s violation of applicable regulations
  • services performed by Service Providers.

Service Providers assume full responsibility for the legality of the services they offer.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

Liamgo may update this Disclaimer from time to time.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
