Liamgo Provider Payout Terms

Effective Date: 15/05/2026
Last Updated:  15/05/2026

These Provider Payout Terms (“Payout Terms”) govern how Service Providers receive payments for services completed through the Liamgo platform.

These terms apply to all service providers (“Service Providers,” “Providers,” or “you”) who use the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

These Payout Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Service Provider Agreement, and Independent Contractor Agreement.

By offering services through the Platform, you agree to these Payout Terms.

1. Payment Processing

Payments made through the Liamgo Platform are processed through third-party payment processors.

Liamgo currently uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payments between customers and Service Providers.

By using the Platform, Service Providers agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of the payment processor.

Providers may be required to create or connect a payment account with the payment processor in order to receive payouts.

2. Provider Payout Accounts

Service Providers must create and maintain a valid payout account with the payment processor in order to receive payments.

Providers may be required to submit information such as:

  • legal name or business name
  • tax identification information
  • bank account information
  • identity verification documents

The payment processor may require additional information in order to comply with regulatory requirements.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delayed or suspended payouts.

3. Platform Fees

Liamgo may charge platform fees for services completed through the Platform.

These fees may include:

  • provider commission fees
  • customer platform fees
  • subscription plans such as Basic, Premium, or Pro
  • promotional features such as Instant Boost

Applicable fees will be deducted from payments before payouts are issued to Service Providers.

Liamgo reserves the right to modify platform fees with appropriate notice.

4. Payout Timing

Payouts to Service Providers are processed through the payment processor.

Payout timing may vary depending on factors including:

  • payment processor policies
  • banking processing times
  • identity verification requirements
  • fraud prevention checks

Liamgo does not guarantee specific payout timeframes.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers may dispute charges or request refunds through the payment processor.

If a dispute, refund, or chargeback occurs, Liamgo may temporarily withhold payouts associated with the disputed transaction until the matter is resolved.

Service Providers agree to cooperate in resolving payment disputes.

Providers may be responsible for amounts associated with confirmed chargebacks.

6. Taxes

Service Providers are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax obligations related to earnings received through the Platform.

The payment processor may provide tax reporting documents where required by law.

Liamgo does not provide tax advice.

7. Payment Processor Terms

Service Providers acknowledge that payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors.

By using the Platform, providers agree to comply with the terms and policies of the payment processor, including those of Stripe.

The payment processor’s terms may govern certain aspects of payment processing, identity verification, and payout handling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for delays, errors, or failures related to payment processing or payouts handled by third-party payment processors.

Liamgo is not responsible for banking errors, payment processor interruptions, or payout delays beyond its control.

9. Fraud Prevention

Liamgo reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel payouts where fraud, suspicious activity, or violations of platform policies are suspected.

Service Providers may be required to submit additional documentation for verification purposes.

10. Changes to Payout Terms

Liamgo may update these Payout Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
