Liamgo Provider Suspension and Termination Policy

This Provider Suspension and Termination Policy (“Policy”) outlines the circumstances under which Liamgo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Liamgo platform for service providers.
This Policy applies to all service providers (“Service Providers,” “Providers,” or “you”) who use the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Service Provider Agreement, and Independent Contractor Agreement.
By registering as a Service Provider or offering services through the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Purpose of This Policy
Liamgo is committed to maintaining a safe, reliable, and trustworthy marketplace for customers and service providers.
This Policy explains the actions Liamgo may take when a provider violates platform policies or engages in conduct that may harm users or the integrity of the Platform.
2. Provider Account Review
Liamgo may review provider accounts periodically to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Account reviews may occur due to:
- customer complaints
- safety concerns
- policy violations
- suspicious activity
- fraudulent conduct
- poor service quality
- repeated cancellations or missed appointments
Liamgo reserves the right to review provider activity at any time.
3. Temporary Suspension
Liamgo may temporarily suspend a Service Provider’s access to the Platform while investigating potential violations.
Temporary suspension may occur for reasons including:
- reported safety incidents
- allegations of misconduct
- suspected fraud or abuse
- incomplete verification information
- failure to comply with platform policies
During suspension, providers may not be able to accept new service requests or access certain features of the Platform.
4. Permanent Account Termination
Liamgo may permanently terminate a provider’s account if serious or repeated violations occur.
Examples of conduct that may result in termination include:
- illegal activity
- harassment or abusive behavior
- discrimination
- fraudulent conduct
- repeated policy violations
- unsafe or dangerous behavior
- misrepresentation of services or qualifications
- attempts to bypass platform payments
Termination may occur without prior notice if necessary to protect users or the Platform.
5. Violations of Platform Policies
Provider accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of Liamgo policies, including but not limited to:
- Terms of Service
- Service Provider Agreement
- Acceptable Use Policy
- Community Guidelines
- Provider Code of Conduct
- other applicable platform policies
6. Customer Safety Concerns
Liamgo takes customer safety seriously.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if providers engage in behavior that may threaten the safety or well-being of customers.
This may include reports of:
- unsafe work practices
- harassment or intimidation
- property damage
- inappropriate behavior during services
7. Payment and Fraud Issues
Accounts may also be suspended or terminated for activities involving:
- fraudulent transactions
- chargeback abuse
- attempts to bypass platform payments
- manipulation of reviews or ratings
Liamgo reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity.
8. Reinstatement Requests
In certain cases, suspended providers may request a review of their account status.
Liamgo may evaluate reinstatement requests at its discretion.
However, Liamgo is not obligated to reinstate accounts that have been terminated.
9. Effect of Termination
If a provider account is terminated:
- access to the Platform may be permanently revoked
- pending services may be canceled
- unpaid funds may be withheld pending investigation
- the provider may be prohibited from creating new accounts
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the suspension or termination of a provider account.
Liamgo reserves the right to take actions necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the Platform.
11. Changes to This Policy
Liamgo may update this Policy from time to time.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
