This Restore Purchases Policy (“Policy”) explains how users may restore eligible purchases associated with their account on the Liamgo platform.

This Policy applies to purchases made through the Liamgo mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Subscription Terms, Terms of Service, and other applicable platform policies.

1. Purpose of the Restore Purchases Feature

The Restore Purchases feature allows users to recover access to eligible purchases that were previously made through the Platform.

Users may need to restore purchases when:

  • reinstalling the Liamgo mobile application
  • switching to a new device
  • logging back into their account
  • restoring access to previously purchased subscription services.

2. Eligible Purchases

The Restore Purchases feature may apply to certain types of purchases made through the Platform, including:

  • subscription services
  • promotional features
  • in-app purchases where applicable.

Only purchases associated with the user’s account and processed through the appropriate payment system may be eligible for restoration.

3. How to Restore Purchases

Users may restore eligible purchases by following these steps:

  1. Open the Liamgo mobile application.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings or Subscriptions.
  3. Select Restore Purchases.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

The system will attempt to verify and restore any eligible purchases associated with the user’s account.

4. Verification Process

During the restoration process, Liamgo may verify purchase records through:

  • the Platform’s account records
  • payment processor transaction data
  • the app store or payment provider used to complete the purchase.

Only verified purchases may be restored.

5. Limitations on Restoration

Certain purchases may not be eligible for restoration, including:

  • expired subscriptions
  • promotional offers that have already ended
  • purchases that were refunded or reversed.

Restoration may also be limited if a purchase cannot be verified.

6. Third-Party Payment Platforms

Some purchases may be processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store.

In such cases, restoration of purchases may be subject to the policies and technical systems of the applicable app marketplace.

Users may need to sign in using the same account associated with the original purchase.

7. Technical Issues

If users encounter issues restoring purchases, they may contact Liamgo support for assistance.

Users should provide:

  • their account information
  • details of the original purchase
  • any relevant transaction identifiers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for restoration failures caused by:

9. Changes to This Policy

Liamgo may update this Policy periodically.

Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
