This Safety Reporting Policy explains how users may report safety concerns, incidents, or misconduct related to the Liamgo platform.
This policy applies to users of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), including customers and Service Providers.
This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable platform policies.
By using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to follow the procedures described in this policy.
1. Purpose of the Policy
Liamgo is committed to promoting a safe environment for users of the Platform.
The purpose of this policy is to:
- provide a method for reporting safety concerns
- address incidents involving misconduct or unsafe behavior
- support the integrity of the Liamgo marketplace.

Users may report safety concerns involving, but not limited to:
- harassment or threatening behavior
- unsafe or dangerous service conditions
- misconduct by customers or Service Providers
- suspected criminal activity
- violations of Liamgo policies
- inappropriate communication or behavior.
Safety reports may relate to incidents that occur during or in connection with services arranged through the Platform.

Providing accurate information helps Liamgo investigate the matter effectively.
4. Emergency Situations
The Liamgo Platform is not a replacement for emergency services.
If a user believes they are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or safety emergency, they should contact local emergency services (such as 911 in the United States) immediately.
5. Investigation of Safety Reports
When a safety report is received, Liamgo may review the matter and take appropriate action.
Actions may include:
- reviewing account activity
- contacting the users involved
- requesting additional information
- restricting or suspending accounts
- removing users from the Platform.
Liamgo reserves the right to determine the appropriate response to safety concerns.
6. Confidentiality
Liamgo will make reasonable efforts to handle safety reports responsibly and protect user privacy where possible.
However, certain information may be shared when necessary to:
- investigate incidents
- enforce platform policies
- comply with applicable laws.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
If a safety incident involves potential criminal activity, Liamgo may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as permitted by law.
Information may be shared in accordance with the Liamgo Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
8. False or Misleading Reports
Users should submit safety reports in good faith.
Knowingly submitting false or misleading reports may result in platform enforcement actions, including account suspension or termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
While Liamgo provides a mechanism for reporting safety concerns, the Platform cannot guarantee the prevention of all incidents between users.
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment when interacting with other users.
10. Changes to This Policy
Liamgo may update this Safety Reporting Policy periodically.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
