These Customer Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Liamgo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) by customers seeking services from independent service providers.
These Terms apply to all users who request or book services through the Platform (“Customers,” “you,” or “your”).
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are incorporated into and form part of the Liamgo Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable platform policies.
1. The Liamgo Platform
Liamgo operates as a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers.
Liamgo does not provide the services listed on the Platform.
All services are performed by independent service providers.
Liamgo does not employ, supervise, or control service providers.
2. Independent Service Providers
Service providers using the Platform operate as independent contractors or independent businesses.
Providers are responsible for:
- performing services
- determining how services are completed
- maintaining required licenses or qualifications
- complying with applicable laws.
Liamgo is not responsible for the performance, quality, or safety of services provided by service providers.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate information when requesting services
- communicate clearly with service providers
- treat providers with respect and professionalism
- ensure safe working conditions for service providers when services are performed.
Customers must comply with all applicable laws when using the Platform.
4. Service Requests and Bookings
Customers may request services through the Platform.
Service providers may accept or decline service requests at their discretion.
Once a booking is confirmed, customers and providers may communicate to coordinate service details.
5. Payments
Payments for services are processed through the Platform using third-party payment processors.
Customers agree to pay all charges associated with services requested through the Platform, including:
- service fees
- platform fees
- applicable taxes.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or suspension of the customer account.
6. Platform Fees
Liamgo may charge platform fees for services requested through the Platform.
These fees may include a customer platform fee per booking.
Applicable fees will be displayed before payment is processed.
Liamgo reserves the right to update platform fees with appropriate notice.
7. Reviews and Ratings
Customers may submit reviews or ratings after services are completed.
Reviews must:
- reflect genuine service experiences
- avoid abusive or inappropriate language
- comply with platform policies.
Liamgo reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform guidelines.
8. Disputes Between Customers and Providers
Liamgo may assist with dispute resolution between customers and service providers at its discretion.
However, Liamgo is not responsible for resolving disputes related to the quality or outcome of services.
Customers and providers are primarily responsible for resolving disputes between themselves.
9. Safety and Conduct
Customers must interact respectfully with service providers.
Customers may not:
- harass or threaten providers
- engage in discriminatory conduct
- request illegal services
- create unsafe working environments.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of platform policies.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liamgo shall not be liable for:
- services performed by service providers
- property damage or personal injury resulting from services
- disputes between customers and providers
- financial losses related to service transactions.
Liamgo provides a technology platform that connects customers and service providers.
11. Account Suspension or Termination
Liamgo reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts for violations of platform policies, including:
- fraudulent activity
- harassment or abusive behavior
- attempts to bypass platform payments
- repeated cancellations or misuse of the Platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
Liamgo may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.
Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
